"Angel? Yeah. We room together. She's mentioned you." Jacob says, a little off-handedly. Like it's no big deal. She didn't just sit the three of them down and tell them one of the guys that killed her just arrived in town.

Jacob is still a little uncertain about that. But this guy doesn't gove him a bad feeling. Angel has explained to them that she didn't give anyone any choice, she engineered everything. Despite the fact he feels there should have been some other way, it's highly likely there wasn't any other options at the time.
