Uh, okay, so they'd know how to do that the same way the metal dude at the bar knows how to do his job. Basically, someone taught them. [Well, programmed, but close enough.] The rest of it, though, I don't have an answer for yet. I have no idea how they're so... so accurately able to mimic real people that we knew say, back home.
