Taking care of Hedgey is super important, yes, but the almost total lack of scarring on Peter's arm is far more interesting in the moment. Cho reaches out to take hold of his wrist (which, for someone who knew Cho better, would be a huge indicator of just how completely her attention has been focused) and push his sleeve up further. It's almost like it didn't happen.
Only it did. She saw it. It happened. Barely more than a week ago. "How in the world...?" She's poking at his skin, at the exact places where he had to dig teeth out of his flesh. Gently, at first, and then with a little more force when it doesn't seem to hurt him. Bother him, perhaps, but this should be painful. Not that Cho wants to cause pain, but it's just-- "How?"
