Cho doesn't want his food to get cold on him, but she also doesn't want him to feel like he's not contributing. She understands that, on some level, the fear of being a burden. She understands it better than many people might. So she just smiles and nods her head, and moves to take his food out and set it up for him. To fill the time, she also gets some already cut up fruit, and prepares two bowls. She doesn't want him to think that she's waiting around with him out of any sort of obligation, or that he has to rush because of her.

So, when he finishes with the clean up, he'll find her sitting across from his plate, a bowl of cut fruit and a glass of water in front of her, and another bowl and glass next to his omelette. "I'm going to stay and eat with you, if you don't mind?"
