Peter's going to just pull one of Kabal's arms around his shoulders and carry him the rest of the way to the medbay like that. And yes, he's very much enjoying the silence, except now he's worried that he'd hurt Kabal and he kind of feels like a dick. Kind of.

Once they get to the medbay, he finds a bed for Kabal and helps him onto it, staying by his side unless Cho needs him elsewhere.
