That is just about the sum total of what Klaus knows about computers too. Electricity, he knows, but computers? Completely unfathomable. This whole setup is pretty different than the phone he'd used in Hadriel or the sat phone here, those are easy to figure out, but this thing is huge and looks way more complicated and he doesn't want to break it.
