Having Kabal following her around might be a pretty great deterrent. Her daily existence would be very boring for him, though, she's sure. Probably not a good long term solution.
When Cho catches sight of the actual dragons, a little bit of the excitement slips off of her face. There is a momentary blip where she looks a touch disappointed, and then it's quickly smoothed over by a soft kind of happiness. "It's so cute!" She reaches out to scratch underneath the dragon's chin. The little thing starts squirming, either trying to get away from Kabal, or to Cho, or perhaps just back down to the ground so it can keep on making balls of ice. Maybe it's not trying to go anywhere at all. Maybe it's just a wiggly little snowflake by nature.
