He is so grateful for this topic change. Not only because the last topic was super uncomfortable, but because he gets to just nerd the fuck out for a minute. He steps aside for her so she can inspect the machine. Or the parts of it he hasn't pulled out yet. It's a bit of a puzzle over here.

"Not so badly that I can't fix it. There are a couple other machines like this one that I can pull parts from if I need to, so I'm actually in pretty good shape when it comes to getting this one up and running."
