I mean that's a little weird but she's also a monster lady so he's not going to question it.

"I'd definitely remember you if I'd met you before. Maybe there's just a universe out there where there's an exact copy of me or something." Which is freaky, kind of? But at least he wouldn't be the only short Spider-Man.

"Well, did uh, other me tell you anything about himself?"

That question is easier, as she shakes her head. "No, not much, mostly just helped me name a really murderous pet I ended up with."

"Yeah, that sounds like me. Weird." He's already helped with pet names here too, maybe weird pet names are just a universal constant for Peter Parkerses.

"What kind of pet? What'd you guys end up naming it?"

[circumspector]

"It was the abomination from another dimension that wished to consume all that was in its path. Basically entirely a squishy blob of tentacles and hate with a giant eye that it shot lasers out of."

She rattles it off like normal, but given it was to her, with what she had already said about life as she knew it - it probably wasn't that much of a surprise given what she had told him already.

"But like, made really cute and small, when I got it. So we called it Murderball."

"Sounds like some D&D stuff." Because of course he'd fucking take it to nerdyville.

"That is awesome though, and I kind of love it. I would have absolutely done the same thing. Like, I named my pet cat after a city that was destroyed by a nuclear reactor accident, because he glows in the dark."

Angel starts giggling, covering her mouth with both hands as they spill out, her shoulders shaking. "You'd do really well on Pandora for that. Bandits come up with really terrible names sometimes."

"See, one man's terrible name is another man's awesome name. I named my buddy's pet wolf Princess Thug. Kinda surprised he didn't change it, to be honest. But see, now you gotta hit me with some examples of these bandit names, I am so curious right now."

And probably about to be horrified, but it's fiiiine.

"That was you?" She just keeps on giggling, leaning back a little as she tries to remember. "Let's see. Three-toes. Ripper. Boom Bewm. Chef Bork Bor. Junpai Goat Eater. Dinklebot. Smash-Head. Princess Taratenlla II. - Oh and the Wattle Gobbler! It was a giant bird. Hrm, Mad Mel, Hanz and Franz, ... There is also Mr. Shank."

"All me. I think he calls her P.T. for short, but in my heart she will always be Princess Thug."

Oh wow. Good lord those sure are some names. Wow bandits. "I think out of all of those, Smash-Head is my favorite. Very descriptive."

[circumspector]

"I love it. I think it's a great name."

She nods, "that's bandits for you. They're literal. Very literal. So when you meet a clan called Flesh Ripper.... you know what you're signing up for."

"At least that... kind of keeps things simple, I guess? I know I wouldn't wanna tangle with the Butt Stabbers, for one."

Although now he's picturing these bandit guys naming baseball teams and such, and it's kind of the best thing ever.

She presses her lips together in a smile, even as she shakes her head. "Not violent or ironic enough for bandits. You've really got to go insane before you get there."

No no no he's not done with coming up with dumb bandit clan names, give him a minute.

"The Eviscerators. Not insane enough? What's a thing that's terrible to eviscerate?Bunnies. The Bunny Eviscerators? It's not really ironic, though..." He'll get there eventually.

[circumspector]

Angel presses her lips together. Humming contemplatively.

"Skin Eviserators. It suits the skin pizza parties." her head tilts, watching him. "If you really interested, I can show you Pandora through the virtual reality room if you like."

[itsnotaonesie]

"That sounds awesome, I definitely don't want to see a skin pizza party, though. I know I came over here to wrestle or whatever but this really does sound super interesting."

Maybe they can wrassle after. Or before. Either way.

"If you want. But that's just what it is like." She shrugs. "I can show you some of the more interesting parts. I know every corner of Pandora."

"Sure, yeah. Like, wherever you want, doesn't have to be right this minute." As interested as he is, the last thing he wants to do is impose.

[circumspector]

If she hadn't so recently had to look at them, look at such ugly things, she might take him by the hand and do just that.

"In a little, but I definitely need to see if you can take one of my kicks first."

"Hell. Yes. Kick me right in the ribs, I have got to see this."

Does she mean right here, right now? He doesn't care, he squares up and prepares to get the shit kicked out of him.

Angel - forever terrified of hurting anyone that didn't deserve it - pauses. Watching him as the worry flashes over her face. He was just - nice. Just someone she was sure, maybe, only a little bit older than but still, someone she wasn't supposed to hurt. When he was so excited and eager to learn things.

Her teeth shut, swallowing.

But he seemed sure.

"How about the corridor, my roommates will kill me if I break their stuff."

They really wouldn't, she suspects they'd just shake her head. But more the simple calculation of math said that there would be less things from him to break bones on when he went flying.

"That's a good idea, I'd feel super bad if I broke something."

Peter will scoot his butt back out into the corridor and wait right outside for Angel.

"Speaking of breaking things, if you do manage to break my ribs or anything, I'll be fine in like a day or two. I heal really fast." Just sayin'. She'd looked a little concerned for a moment, so he just wants to make sure."You don't even have to kick me as hard as you can, if you don't wanna. I just want a taste of it, y'know?"

Did that sound weird? That probably sounded weird.

Thankfully, it takes a lot more than that to weird her out. He reminded her of Brick, in a way, maybe a little bit of Gaige, if only for the exciting naivety of violence. Gleefully hurling their strength, their want to give and take by blows that she smiles for it all. Straightening herself up as she pulls out of her seat.

She moves oddly, so far as it's not human legs and that is to be expected. But there is the absence of her directed thought to her limbs, her tailing flicking, disturbing fur as it swishes and curls around her ankles. The clip of cloven hooves on the hard floors. How she has to hold her head that little bit higher, that little bit prouder, for the length and weight of her horns. Beast and girl.

"Sure thing. Likewise. A decent hunt tends to be enough for me to deal with most things that happen to me."

Unless it was whiskey being poured into her eyes. That was just a dick move.

"But if you're as dense as you think you are, I'm worried about my strength into a heavy object hitting say, a window. Or a balcony floor..." a moment where she seems to be doing calculations. Mass times acceleration, after all, had... certain results. "And the one below it."

He doesn't mean to stare at her just, basic every day sort of movements, but he kind of does. He doesn't mean to be rude, she's just a cool monster chick.

"If we do break anything, I can probably fix it. Just in case though, better make sure there's nothing around that you can kick me into."

Assuming she'll be able to dislodge him from the floor. He is one hundred percent planning on taking advantage of his sticky power. Either way, he positions himself so his back is to the edge of the balcony. If she whacks him real good, he'll just go over the edge. Even if he can't manage to catch himself with his webs, the fall to the bottom level won't be enough to kill him.

"Okay, this should be good."

It's as good as anything.

So she does her best to take him seriously. It's not hard. She doesn't assume on the base of height, weight, age. Everything about Pandora stripped someone of the notions of what made strength, what made ability. The strong didn't mean the biggest.

Angel headed for the other end of the corridor. Lowering her body down. Learned a few things from Jacob, how to hold herself as when she turns, to begin to run, long strides that far outstrip any human being.

That when she jumps, she hurls herself, not to flight, but in the weight of something heavy and terrifying being thrown that she lands. Throwing her leg in a kick that lands centre of mass of his chest.

And hits with the weight of a building coming down.

He braces himself for the impact, feet sticking to the floor, web shooters at the ready just in case. Having been crushed by a building before, he can pretty confidently say that the impact is pretty on par with that, only this time it's focused on the center of his chest. To say it knocks the wind out of him would almost be an understatement, the impact is strong enough to do that and to knock him over the edge of the balcony, taking a couple chunks of the floor with him.

It's all good, though. A strand of web catches the ceiling just after he goes over the edge, and a few seconds later he manages to pull himself back up onto the balcony. He just needs a second to catch his breath, don't mind him sitting here on his knees for a minute.

"Holy shit." That's about all he can manage right now. He is very impressed.
