It's been years since Kieran's been in any sort of kitchen, and he's certainly never been in one this fancy. Or full-sized. In his experience, 'kitchens' were wooden tables and beams lined with salted meat and produce that's either come straight from the wild, or from a dubious can. He needs some time to fully take in these new surroundings, wondering how he could possibly be of any use here.

But then Cho gives him direction and hands him a knife, and suddenly he has a purpose. A small one, but a purpose nonetheless. He can definitely chop some asparagus.

There's only one problem: in Kieran's time, his exposure to this particular vegetable was limited at best.

And he doesn't want to bother Cho, who seems busy with the range.

He looks at this weird green vegetable, looks at his knife, and then looks back down. She asked him to chop, he's just not sure... how. So he chops them in every which way he knows: length-wise, width-wise, diagonal, in small chunks, in big chunks... sure enough, within a few minutes, there's a small pile of differently sized and shaped asparagus stalks sitting on the counter.

Nailed it.

"Alright! A-All done."
