"But-- I mean-- How?" Obviously he heals quickly, but what about his body lets him do that? What about his body lets him have a lizard take a chunk out of his arm or a spider-- wait. Spider bite. He said he was bitten by a spider and Cho is walking half way around him to get a better look and her sharp intake of breath makes it pretty clear how she feels about what she finds. "Oh my-- You were."
Welp. There's her curiosity firmly shoved aside for the moment. Cho picks up a pair of snub nosed trauma shears and cuts the sleeve off of Peter's shirt, then opens it up to the neck and peels it away. "When you said. Huge. You meant. I mean..." She bites her lip and holds her fingers spread over the site of the wound. The twin puncture marks have so much space between them that she absolutely would never have guessed spider if he hadn't told her. He looks like he's been stabbed twice with something incredibly thick. Cho starts to work out the relative distances in her mind, and she holds her hands up in front of her, more than a foot apart. Then she frowns, and looks at the depth of the wounds, and moves them even further apart. She keeps going, until her arms are almost entirely extended. "Please tell me I'm wrong, Peter."
