[Lalli doesn't know what to say to that. Is Onni telling him because he's supposed to do something about it? Onni said he can't take the painkillers now, so...

Well, he knows what he likes to do when he feels like shit, which is sleep.]

Should you go back to bed?

[It's a genuine question, because he doesn't know if that would help. The cluelessness is probably obvious in his voice.

His hands hover over Onni's shoulders, in case he needs help making it back.]

[Mostly, he's telling Lalli just in case he passes out, because right now he isn't sure if he's going to make it back to his feet and his bed without at least blacking out, if not losing consciousness. When Lalli asks if he should go back to bed, he nods, looking up at Lalli. His face is miserable, eyes red-rimmed and skin pale except where there's bright spots of red high on his cheeks - feverish, for sure.]

Mhm.

[Lifting a hand, he presses it against the seat of the toilet and tries to get himself upright, wincing a little. His legs are shaky and he's not sure if he can hold up his own weight. Glancing over at Lalli, he sees his hands hovering, and he lifts his own to curl around a wrist.]

Can I lean on you?

[Lalli shifts automatically to take Onni's weight at the request, though it's a bit more difficult than he expected--after all, not only is Onni taller but bulkier, and he's wobblier than usual, and Lalli barely has any arm strength as it is.

There may be a few moments where Lalli feels a spike of panic that he's going to drop Onni, but he thankfully gets him braced over his shoulders without incident.

It then occurs to him that it's a fair distance between the bathroom and the bed, and they're balanced pretty precariously right now.

It's going to be an interesting walk.]

[It takes a moment to catch his balance a little, and he leans more heavily against Lalli than he should while his head spins from standing up more quickly than his body wants him to. Thankfully, once the head rush clears, he can take a little more of his own weight, and things even out a little. Exhaling heavily, he closes his eyes and then opens them again.]

Thank you.

[Carefully, he starts moving, trying his best to support his own weight and only keep his arm around Lalli's shoulders for balance, to lean against him when he starts to feel light-headed. It takes longer than it should to get to his room, but it's a relief when he plunks down heavily on the bed and rubs at his face.]

Sorry. To be like this.

You didn't get sick on purpose.

[He sounds a little dubious, like maybe Onni did, but at least an apologetic Onni is familiar territory, and it helps Lalli fall back into old, sassy habits. He actually puts a hand on Onni's chest and shoves lightly, obviously telling him to lie down.]

Sleep already. You look gross.

[What a great bedside manner he has. But then at least he follows up with:] I can get you more water.

[scowlish]

Maybe not. I should have rested sooner, though.

[It's true, to be sure, but he's only admitting it because it serves him now. It hadn't before, when he was doing the not-resting. When Lalli shoves him, he collapses too easily into the bed, and then flops over onto his side, closing his eyes.

Lying down, he feels like the world is spinning around him, dizzy and nauseous and light-headed, and he closes his eyes against it, wincing. Lalli is encouraging him to go to sleep, and he cracks one eye open to look up at his cousin.]

More water would be nice.

[He does feel sort of like he's frying right now.]
